Today’s topic will teach you how to motivate your party guests to absolutely jump out of their chairs to book a party with you! So, today I am going to answer an important question: “How can my direct sales company’s flyers help me to get more recruit leads and party bookings?”

The answer is not uniform, so I will try to split it by using some “sub-questions.”

  1. What Kind of Flyers Should I Have?

I recommend you to have a recruitment flyer and a hostess rewards flyer. A recruitment flyer should actually be your “business opportunity brochure.” There should be information about joining your team, description of what you do and the type of products you provide.

When we talk about a hostess reward flyer, we can also refer it as a “free products brochure.” This brochure should be all about the hostess rewards. Potential clients should be informed of what are the benefits for being a hostess for your party. Think of this brochure as planting recruitment or sponsoring seed which will develop in a new business opportunity.

  1. How to Present My Flyers to Potential Clients?

Make your flyers come to life!

Put it on the table for every one of your party guests to see and hold in their hands. You don’t want for your beautiful little flyers to get lost in catalogs. You want them to be expressive and attractive. Make separate flyers for each of the opportunities and free products you offer.

It is important to get through to each and every guest. Every time you talk about joining your team or saying yes to the free products for being a hostess, hold the flyers in your hands. This act will certainly give an extra touch to your entire presentation.

Of course, it is not only what you hold in your hands, but also what you are saying.  As a part of my party introduction, I would say something like: “XYZ Company is so generous, so we’ve got so much on offer for you today. In fact, we have got loads and loads of free products to give away, and we’re looking for the first three ladies who would love to say ‘Yes‘ to the free products.” Use mellow and appealing words and make party guests desperate to book a party with you as soon as possible.

  1. Why Should Party Guests Have Our Brochures In Front of Them or In Their Hands at All Times?

I am bringing up the “why” question because I think it is very important and stimulative to know exactly what is the reason you are doing something. With the right type of motivation and proper understanding of the subject, you can do anything you want!

When it comes to flyers, they are a very convenient and efficient tool to communicate with your guests. Do not underestimate the power of visual presentation! If your potential clients can see the things you are talking about, your message will sink in a lot faster and easier.

Test yourself whether you focus more on the visual or audial aids. If someone is holding a brochure and moving it around, your eyes will follow the movement, aren’t they? This is how you “catch” someone’s attention.

Let me give you an example where you can implement this tip. If you are doing Facebook parties, why not jump on to a Facebook Live Stream? There are numerous options you can do, just try your best to be innovative and creative. Via live streaming, you can demonstrate your guests every product you offer. This is also a good way for a little free products advertisement by using the hostess rewards brochure.

VAK: Pro-level tip

And, here is a really “meaty” information I have for you today. It’s a pro tip!

Have you ever heard of VAK? It’s an acronym that helps you to understand the best way to communicate to people and get the messages across. So, VAK stands for Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic. VAK technique is very effective and easily applicable through flyers.

V – Visual Impression: Are you visually communicating with your guests? Flyers can help you to do so. If you are just standing and talking to the group, you might seem passive and boring, uninterested. But, with the flyers in your hands, you can make your potential clients read all of the information included. This increases their desire to make business with you.

A – Auditory Impression: Get the message through the sound. Make your presentation interesting by talking expressively, confidently, and easy to understand. Do not use words the audience doesn’t understand, and add a friendlier note.

K – Kinesthetic Impression: This word signifies movement – touching, feeling, moving. When you are holding your flyers, you are moving around creating movement and action. Information is usually “absorbed” kinesthetically and through experience, so use that to your advantage. This technique helps your audience pay attention and form a strong connection with you.
