  • Bookings are your business….. “No bookings, No business!”
  • Know how many bookings you need to achieve the income you desire
  • Week 1 heavy line up; Eg. A rep who needs 3 presentations a week to achieve her desired income would need her 3 week line up to be 4/3/1=8
  • Booking ratio of 1.25 maintains your business; Eg. For every 4 presentations you hold, book 5 more to keep your business going, to be prepared just in case you experience postponements/cancellations
