Every Party Plan Consultant wants to know how to grow their direct sales team, right?  As FAST as they can! We, as direct sellers often struggle with how to do this without feeling pushy. Let’s help you with that!

  • This party plan question comes from Gita. Like many of you, she’s wondering, “How can I sponsor more guests at my parties?”

My recommendation is that we try to increase the number of people that are showing interest in joining our team, by asking EVERY SINGLE PARTY GUEST about joining your company.

In other words, as you sit down to take the orders—when you’re doing the one-on-one shopping time with each of your party guests—the first thing you could do is touch base and ask them a question to find out if they would love to know more about the income opportunity.

Here’s a couple of suggestions:

  1. “Have you ever thought of doing what I do for the generous income opportunity from our company?”
  2. “I couldn’t help but notice how much you loved these products and you were really helping the other ladies to build their wish list and find what they love too… I feel that you would be great at doing this as a business opportunity… what are your thoughts about that? It would be my privilege to be able to train you and show you how!”

As upfront as it may seem at first, rest assured that you are doing them a favor. You’re offering a fun and lucrative opportunity without being pushy.

Bear in mind you’re simply extending a delightful invitation to a fun adventure. Let your party guest be the one to decide if they would like to say YES, NO or MAYBE…. but don’t deny them the opportunity.

This way, you can help them build their social circles through your team meetings, and offer various benefits, such as (free) products, discounts, and bonuses that our companies offer.
