How can I get my hostess to book her party date less than 14 days from today?

   To get your hostess to choose a date that’s only 10-14 days away, use our Bookings Funnel Technique. You’ll find a picture of this on our website at http://www.partyplan123.com/free-resources/   

 I love pictures, it just all makes sense with pictures, so be sure to go check those diagrams out.

 The Bookings Funnel Technique uses the simplicity of alternate choice. When a future hostess says yes to booking a party, we are going to start wide with a question that has 2 optional answers, both of which work well for our booking dates and narrow it down until we get a definite date and time that is ideal for both our future hostess and the health of our business.

 Here’s the example. Sally says yes, she wants a party. I say, “So, Sally, what would you prefer… weekday or weekend?” She says weekday. That’s the first alternate choice, easy to answer question on a wide level.

 Now we narrow it down. I follow on and say, “My first available option is Wed 20th or Thurs 21st, which is best for you?” I have given her 2 of my closest available dates in my diary that are within that 10-14 day window. She says Wednesday 20th. I say, going narrower again down the bookings funnel, “Day time or night time?” Sally says daytime, while the kids are at school. I say, “We can do 10am or 11am, what’s the easiest for you?” She says 10am.

 “Great!” I say, “I’ve got you in for Wed 20th at 10am.” It’s so simple!!!!!!!! It works like a treat. Just tailor it to offer only the days and times that suit your desired working hours but always be sure to offer her dates first within either the 1-10 day or 10-14 day window for the best results overall.
