That made me decide: This blog post will help you find ways to get more sales, bookings & recruit leads at every party you do from today forward…. are you ready?

Here’s a Simple 3 Step Framework of How to Run your Party:

1. TELL THEM

2. SHOW THEM

3. ASK THEM

The biggest reason for low sales + bookings + recruit leads from a party is because the consultant didn’t ask EVERY guest 1 ON 1 about joining, booking & buying.

Most party plan consultants are great at TELLING THEM and SHOWING THEM, but chicken out when it comes time to ASK THEM to say yes to an offer.

BUT… you can’t just ask at the beginning of the party…. you need to build the romance of the party so that the party guest WANTS to say yes.

Here’s how you build the desire throughout the party so your party guest WANTS to book, buy and join:

For each important goal at your party (AKA sales, bookings & recruits), we must:

TELL THEM about what we have to offer,

– then SHOW THEM what we have to offer & why they want it,

– then ASK THEM if they want to say yes to the offer!

Let me now break each one of these 3 simple steps down into a little more detail.

1. TELL THEM about what we have to offer

All three offers of joining, booking & buying can be demonstrated beautifully in an enticing party introduction that might go something like this:

  1. XYZ Company is so generous & we have so much on offer to give you today!
  2. If you fall in love with every product, please check out this little card (hold up your recruitment/business brochure) because we have a fabulous INCOME OPPORTUNITY for you!
  3. We have loads of FREE PRODUCTS to give away! (Hold up your host reward brochure) In fact, today we are looking for the first 3 ladies who wish to say ‘Yes’ to the FREE PRODUCTS!
  4. And as a valued customer you also have the opportunity to build your very own stylish collection of our products in support of Sally, our hostess!

2. SHOW THEM what we have to offer & why they want it

You do this by showing product bundle demonstrations and telling stories as you demonstrate. Get each guest to keep track of their own personal Wish List along the way so each party guest is wanting to own more than just 1 or 2 products… this helps to entice more bookings & recruit leads.

3. ASK THEM if they want to say yes to the offer in a 1 on 1 setting

When you open up for the shopping time and you are meeting with every guest one on one to take their orders, offer them three opportunities:

  1. Ask them something about joining the company and doing what you do for a generous income opportunity. [RECRUIT]
  2. Offer them free products (ideally from their wish list) by saying yes to being your next hostess and booking a party with you. [BOOK]
  3. And then, of course, offer them a chance to become your next valued customer by placing an order today. [SELL]

Now…. let me ask YOU…. think back to your last party…. did you ask EVERY guest 1 on 1 about all 3 offers? Join? Book? Buy? And if you do begin to ask those questions at your very next party, do you think you will end up with more recruit leads, bookings & sales? OF COURSE YOU WILL! ♥♥♥
