How to Get Your Hostess to Choose a Party Date that is BEFORE CHRISTMAS

I know exactly the objection you are hearing at your parties right now from your new hostesses… “I’d like to have a party, but it’s so busy this time of year…. can I book into January or February?”

OK, so first of all:

  • Hostesses who do have their party BEFORE Christmas get AWESOME freebies and bonuses because the sale are so high due to the party guests doing their Christmas gift shopping at your parties
  • The thing to figure out is….. how can we just get our hostess to agree to having the party BEFORE Christmas?

Here’s what I did through November and December:

  • As I got to the Group Bookings Pitch (Step 8 of our 10 Steps of the Party) in my party demonstration and asked the bookings question “Who wants to be the first one to say yes to the free products?”
  • Before I went to choose the party date I would pull out my magic gift box of extra free products to show to everyone in the group, look towards ‘Sally’ my new hostess and say….
  • “Sally, what I am doing at the moment is, for every hostess whose party goes ahead BEFORE Christmas, I am giving you an extra free gift that you get to choose from this gift basket as a thank you from me to you for having the party before Christmas…. Do you want me to let you know which dates I still have available before Christmas so you can get the extra free gift too?”
  • And…. MOST SAY ‘YES’!
  • Even if you let them know that it’s OK if not as many guests are able to come, you will still get your free gift and by the way, we find that the sales are usually higher at this time of the year due to everyone doing the Christmas gift shopping which means you have a great chance of getting heaps of hostess freebies and bonuses!

Give it a go at your next party or the next time you are dating in a hostess from a promotional event or personal contact… you just might be surprised how easily it works!

Honestly…. this is SO IMPORTANT…. now is NOT the time to give up on your Party Plan Business…. I’ve seen way too many direct sellers slow down over Christmas / New Year, give in to the free-flowing objections that we hear when asking for the party booking, let their bookings deplete to ZERO and then NEVER come back in the New Year!
